BACKGROUND

Stern's move management expertise acquired in the moving industry selling, planning, and supervising office and commercial moves. He saw the difficulties many organizations experienced planning and executing their own moves. Often, this was because the company staff had little familiarity with the technicalities of moving, the rules under which states govern moving companies and in dealing with the moving companies, themselves. Because of this lack of knowledge, moving companies were able to easily take advantage of a client, delivering a move that was less than a success. In other cases, the moving company was blameless, but the client's own personnel created problems by mismanaging the move.

AREA OF EXPERTISE

RAL services focus exclusively on managing the physical move for all types of organizations. RAL is not a moving company and does not provide that type of service.
